Shipping policy

carre d'or offers free shipping on all orders. All of ours are made-to-order and will be ready to ship in 15 business days.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail with your shipment's tracking information, allowing you to keep tabs on the progress of your delivery.

carre d'or does not ship to P.O Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO military address, or shipping forward locations.

Duties and Taxes

Your order will be shipped DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid). Upon delivery, you will be required to pay duties and taxes.This charge is determined by your local customs authority and payment of these fees is obligatory if you wish to obtain your shipment.

However, customers in the U.S. and E.U., where the Free Trade Agreement (FTA) with South Korea is in effect, are not responsible for customs duties. They are only required to pay their local sales tax or VAT.
